Hypodermic Syringe Theory:
.The audience passively receives information transmitted via a media text without any attempt on their past to process or challenge.
In further explanation, this theory gives a message that their is an intended message given out in a media product, such as a film, and it is accepted by the audience fully but unknowingly. This also relates to the idea of subliminal messaging and the idea of it being a hypodermic needle shows that the message in punctured into our mind without us knowing.
